This service is a completion of any necessary adult and child Occupational Therapy assessments through a thorough telehealth outpatient evaluation of the individual.
This service is a two hour initial meeting to complete a formal Assistive Technology Assessment for adults and children. This is followed by a 1 hour follow up meeting at a separate time to review the outcomes of the assessment and recommendations while allowing time for questions. Assistive Technology Assessments are specifically focused on identifying equipment and technology that improve a person’s independence, safety or ability to access things in their environment.
